About Gowen Dental Practice

Paddy Gowen opened his practice on Baggot Street in 1995. Since then, he has earned a great reputation among his largely professional clientele in the Dublin 2 area. Paddy takes a holistic approach to dental care, identifying the primary issues, treating these first while making patients aware of secondary treatment options. To prevent future problems we are keen to help improve your hygiene habits and identify the refined sugar aspects of your diet to enhance your dental health and motivate you to keep your mouth and smile healthy. With the popularity of cosmetic dentistry we are greatly experienced in ways to enhance your smile. We use top laboratories ‘Eurocast’ for our top quality dentures / gumshields / nightguards and ‘Dental Art’ in Clonskeagh for our top quality crowns. There are times when patients benefit from a specialists opinion or care and we can recommend several highly skilled colleagues or orthodontics for implant work, difficult root canals or impacted wisdom teeth. We use disposable items when possible, everything else is prewashed or sprayed with chemical antiseptics. Instruments and drills etc. are all steam autoclaved so you can rest assured that the highest standards are maintained.

The dental practice is open five days a week. Making an appointment is simple and can be done in two clicks. Send us your request and a member of the team will get back in touch to confirm a time and date.
